How quickly can you get to my home?
Most calls placed before noon get a same-day window anywhere in Northeast Florida; the rest get the first window the next morning. Refrigerators that are not cooling are our top priority because food is on the line.
How much is the service call?
The diagnostic visit is $79 for standard appliances and $119 for double, built-in and combination ovens and built-in refrigerators. It is waived in full when you approve the repair, so you only pay it if you decide not to fix the appliance.
Do you give a price before you start the repair?
Always. After the diagnosis you get a written, flat-rate estimate that includes parts and labor. Nothing happens until you approve it, and the price does not change once work begins.
Is your work guaranteed?
Every repair carries a 90-day parts-and-labor warranty. If the same problem returns within 90 days, we come back and make it right at no charge.
What are your hours?
Technicians run monday – saturday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm. Phones answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you can book an appointment at 10 PM on a Sunday and have it confirmed on the spot.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Zelle, Cash. Payment is due when the repair is complete, and you receive an itemized invoice by email or text.
What should I do before the technician arrives?
Have the model number handy if you can find it (usually on a sticker inside the door or on the back), clear a path to the appliance, and note when the problem started and what you saw. For refrigerators, keep the doors closed to protect your food.
